Submitting a Claim

Before filing a warranty claim, please contact us via email (support@silveronyx.com) as we may be able to provide a resolution or work-around.

Follow these steps to send your product in for warranty service:

  1. Package the Product in its original packaging or in equally protective packaging.
  2. Print a copy of your order and place it in the box with the Product.
  3. Click here to open a return request.
    You will require the email address used to make the original purchase, along with your order #. Once you submit the return request, you will be provided with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, along with further instructions.
  4. Ship the Product to the address shown below (a tracking # is recommended).
  5. When the package has been received and inspected, you will be notified and informed how the warranty claim is to be fulfilled (repair, replacement, or refund).
