SilverOnyx works to consistently demonstrate excellent service with regard to the overall customer experience. We believe that the overall customer experience includes processing, packaging, shipping, tracking, and delivery. We make every effort to provide accurate fulfillment information to estimate specific delivery days as opposed to delivery date ranges.
Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
We process and ship all orders within one business day of when they were submitted. Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days of the date they were placed.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We list an order status as ‘shipped’ when it has been delivered to the shipping carrier/provider and is en route to the customer. We only work with reliable logistics providers that are able to provide accurate carrier information and a valid package tracking number at the time of shipment. Tracking numbers will be available on the carrier website at the time of shipment and will provide accurate information during transit.
We maintain high-quality packaging standards. All orders will be placed in appropriately sized boxes and packed to prevent damage. We include packing slips in every order that include information about the package contents and contact information for support.
*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reached its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies to international and Canadian orders.
